📋 Description

• Assess the end-to-end AR process, including invoicing, collections, billing systems, and month-end close, and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks • Design and implement revamped AR workflows, controls, and documentation • Modernize AR operations by applying leading practices and balancing quick wins with scalable process design • Build the case for process changes and drive adoption across affected teams • Own monthly and ad hoc B2B invoicing, including accuracy validation, adjustments, and credits • Maintain customer billing records aligned with contract terms and delivered services • Administer billing operations across Stripe and NetSuite, including accounts, payment methods, ACH/direct debit authorizations, payment links, refunds, credits, and consolidations • Resolve billing, payment, invoicing, and synchronization escalations across Stripe, NetSuite, and Salesforce • Lead Finance's side of the Stripe–NetSuite connector project with Engineering • Manage the aging receivables portfolio, overdue-account follow-up, payment inquiries, disputes, arrangements, and escalations • Oversee Egencia access, permissions, traveler support, booking troubleshooting, and vendor liaison • Reconcile AR balances, prepare reports, accounting entries, and audit documentation during month-end close

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years experience leading an AR or credit control process transformation, ideally within a multi-entity or multi-currency environment • Significant, demonstrated experience in AR, collections, or B2B invoicing, including time in a manager or lead capacity • Deep, hands-on NetSuite fluency is essential • Strong working knowledge of Stripe is expected • Ability to represent Finance credibly with Sales, Development, and Legal leadership • Ability to step into an ambiguous transition with minimal ramp-up • Comfort diagnosing broken or outdated processes and building the case for change • Proven ability to support external audit requests and prepare accounting entries and reconciliations independently • Experience in healthcare, imaging, or another regulated industry is a plus, though not required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, current or future • Successful candidates will undergo a background check
