📋 Description

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents reported through the help desk • Perform analysis to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades/updates, and projects • Collaborate with colleagues and across teams • Develop and maintain requirements/specifications and test cases for new or enhanced functionality • Create, review, and update test scripts to reflect workflow solutions • Modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support application design, additions, and changes • Implement changes using documented procedures compliant with department policies and procedures • Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain meeting records • Work independently • Anticipate and accomplish additional work within schedule • Serve as a role model for projects, teammates, and customers • Promote teamwork within and across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience • 3 years of Epic-specific experience • 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree • Epic certified in supporting application • Additional proficiency/certification/badges in related application area • Ability to provide 24/7 on-call coverage as required • Expert understanding of supported application and integration • General understanding of most other Epic applications
