📋 Description

• Deliver an excellent Provider experience by supporting Providers through various school district level compliance processes • Participate in the research projects for compliance requirements • Create resources to aid Providers in completing compliance requirements • Serve as the point of contact for compliance inquiries • Oversee internal and external control systems to ensure compliance with federal, state and organizational requirements for teletherapy services • Responsible for accurate and up to date documentation of all Provider interactions in relevant systems • Monitor RSM for K12 Compliance and update provider records in timely manner • Provide cross-functional support to teams including but not limited to Clinical Operations, Finance, and Business Operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in the technology or education space • Background working in schools preferred • Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution • Experience working with complex systems and processes • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video and audio calls, and internal meetings • Strong organizational skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Good judgment about escalating provider issues and involving internal groups to meet their needs.
