📋 Description

• Design end-to-end AI solutions spanning Presidio practices • Produce reference architectures integrating networking, compute, storage, cybersecurity, governance, data, and application layers • Select appropriate OEMs and practices for solution components and ensure supportable deployment and management • Apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method from Architecture Vision through Opportunities & Solutions to Implementation Governance • Produce consistent, standards-based architecture documentation • Translate AI readiness assessments, use-case prioritizations, and business cases into technical architectures and solution designs • Collaborate with presales solution architects, Client Engagement Services, and Engineering across practices • Coordinate cross-practice design sessions and ensure cohesion across the full solution • Produce 12–24 month phased technology roadmaps • Coordinate cross-practice Statements of Work defining scope, sequencing, dependencies, and practice responsibilities • Provide delivery-phase governance and participate in architecture review checkpoints and escalation support • Act as a trusted technical advisor within the assigned Sales SVP territory • Build relationships with account managers, sales leadership, field presales architects, and key clients • Maintain expertise across primary and supporting AI partners, partner roadmaps, validated designs, and AI-ready reference architectures • Contribute cross-practice architecture patterns, reference architectures, and reusable solution playbooks to the EA team library • Share learnings across the national EA team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field, or equivalent military experience • Advanced certifications in lieu of degree may be considered • 7+ years of hands-on experience across multiple technology domains, including AI infrastructure, data center networking, compute and GPU platforms, storage, cybersecurity, and cloud • Strong understanding of GPU compute, AI-ready networking, storage and data platforms, hyperscaler AI services, AI Factory, and AI-ready data center architectures • Proven experience producing enterprise-grade architecture deliverables for mid-market and enterprise clients • Prior presales, solutions architecture, or consulting experience involving multiple technology practices or domains • Ability to translate business objectives into technology solutions • Experience producing Statements of Work, technical proposals, and scoping documents • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present to CTO/CIO-level audiences, facilitate technical workshops, and defend design decisions • Active TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10 certification is required by the end of the first 12 months • Demonstrated ability to apply the TOGAF Architecture Development Method in real client engagements • Familiarity with Cisco and Dell-NVIDIA joint validated AI Factory reference architectures and AI-ready data center designs • Experience designing multi-agent AI architectures, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, and enterprise AI deployment frameworks with governance and observability layers • Understanding of AI-ready data platforms, including data lakes, data lakehouses, vector databases, and unstructured data management • Ability and willingness to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory and nationally • Advanced architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Cisco CCIE, or SABSA are highly desirable • Presidio practice experience is a strong advantage
