📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for technological changes • Provide thought leadership, best practices, innovative approaches, and industry insights • Assist stalled customers in overcoming migration issues and blockers • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, information inventories, and readiness assessments • Develop and deliver multi-channel communication materials and training programs • Facilitate stakeholder engagement to build awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support • Monitor change progress, performance metrics, improvement areas, and corrective actions • Collaborate with IT, IT support services, OCM, marketing, project management, and HR teams • Identify and mitigate people-related risks during technology implementation • Drive adoption of new technologies through change networks, senior sponsors, and resistance management • Design and deliver training programs and workshops • Develop user adoption plans and identify change champions • Stay current with Digital and Productivity technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Strong project management skills • Experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with ADKAR methodologies and other OCM Frameworks • Experience with large-scale technology migration projects • Familiarity with Agile, KANBAN and SCRUM project management methodologies • Familiarity with Jira and Miro collaboration tools • Knowledge of Digital and Productivity technical solutions, including Cisco, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Power, UI Path, Agentic AI, and Microsoft CoPilot • Familiarity with large-scale Enterprise Architecture as it relates to OCM • Prosci certification or similar change management certification is a plus, such as ACMP
