📋 Description

• Lead presales discovery, analysis, architecture, design, proposals, and scope-of-work creation • Translate customer requirements into outcome-focused solutions through direct client engagement • Partner with sales and technical architecture teams to execute technical sales strategies and meet revenue objectives • Drive adoption of Presidio Digital Services, including application modernization, application development, SDLC, AI, and data estate/platform modernization • Research industry trends, develop and lead workshops, document customer current states, and create transformation roadmaps • Lead technical opportunities and solution approaches to achieve technical wins • Identify customer stakeholders, success criteria, and needs • Coordinate Presidio technical resources and engage client Manager, VP, and Director stakeholders • Liaise among customers, sales, and delivery resources to ensure customer success • Collaborate with delivery engineering on quality, risk-managed solutions, and formal scopes of work • Analyze client requirements and determine target services, solutions, and roadmaps • Create and deliver technical proposals, drawings, diagrams, and analysis to clients • Maintain technical excellence and evangelism across solution architecture and product areas • Deliver technical knowledge, presentations, and conversations to clients and internal stakeholders • Participate in technical champion programs, communities, and relevant certifications • Lead account planning, executive business centers, and client social activities as a trusted advisor • Develop vendor-partner relationships and execute partner go-to-market strategies • Develop Retail or Manufacturing points of view, reusable frameworks, accelerators, account strategies, and go-to-market plays • Connect solutions to measurable business outcomes and apply engagement lessons to strengthen offerings • Mentor and enable sales and presales colleagues and share methods, content, and lessons learned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 10+ years of relevant experience • 7+ years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or consulting in digital and/or cloud technologies • 5+ years of domain experience in application modernization, application development, SDLC, AI, GenAI, or data estate modernization and modern data platforms • 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Retail or Manufacturing industry experience given high priority • Comfort leading presentations, solution demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions at Manager/Director level • Aptitude for consultative presales and navigating ambiguous, early-stage client conversations • Growth mindset and willingness to try new ideas and seek mentoring and coaching • Collaborative ability to work with diverse stakeholders • Expert time management and timely expectation-setting • Ability to provide timely feedback loops to leadership • Preferred: Retail or Manufacturing digital transformation experience across ecommerce, omnichannel customer experience, merchandising, store operations, supply chain, inventory and order management, loyalty, and customer analytics • Preferred: Integration experience with POS, OMS, ecommerce, ERP, CRM/CDP, and modern cloud data and AI platforms • Preferred: Additional hands-on depth in a second hyperscaler platform • Preferred: AWS Solution Architecture certifications • Preferred: Modern application architectures such as microservices and event-driven architectures • Preferred: Software engineering or code development experience • Preferred: AI solutions and deployments, including LLMs, GenAI methods, RAG, agentic frameworks, and AI workflow tools • Preferred: Reviewing or writing statements of work • Preferred: Preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and solutions • Preferred: CIO/CTO and board-level presentations, executive briefing centers, and business-case narratives • Preferred: Cross-cloud/multi-cloud reference architectures and cloud migration frameworks spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP
