📋 Description

• Design, implement, optimize, and support modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients • Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and collaboration tools • Lead the design and implementation of digital workspace architectures • Plan, deploy, and migrate complex digital workspace solutions • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of client digital workspaces

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace engineering (or 5+ years at senior level) • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Autopilot) • Modern SharePoint architecture and information management, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity (Entra Connect) • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 (enablement, governance, integration, and optimization) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience/military background • Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator/Enterprise Administrator, and relevant Copilot/SharePoint specialization credentials.
