📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives within the Product Marketing organization • Accelerate delivery of high-impact marketing strategy, value propositions, and programs • Manage priority projects aligned with high-growth areas including security, networking, AI, and intelligent operations • Lead messaging, value proposition development, and customer-facing presentations • Orchestrate projects with the design team in India • Work with design partners on the content factory team based in India • Manage assignments and deliverables with program managers • Lead deliverables from concept to completion while ensuring quality and brand alignment • Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, solution briefs, sales kits, executive presentations, sales enablement assets, marketing collateral, and AI marketing deliverables • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, Creative Services, and executive stakeholders • Increase Product Marketing delivery capacity • Improve project visibility and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of Product Marketing experience in enterprise technology • Experience managing agencies, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills • Experience with AI, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or managed services preferred • Ability to translate strategic priorities into executable work plans • Ability to manage priority projects aligned with high-growth portfolio areas • Ability to lead messaging, value proposition development, and customer-facing presentations • Ability to manage assignments and deliverables with program managers • Ability to ensure deliverable quality and alignment with brand narratives • Ability to partner with Product Management, Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, Creative Services, and executive stakeholders
