📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of HRIS analysts • Support team members through complex challenges, stretch assignments, and development opportunities • Coordinate work across the team to keep projects moving and priorities clear • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert • Troubleshoot system and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive fixes • Project manage Workday configuration, implementation, and process improvements • Own planning and release strategy for Workday semi-annual releases, features, enhancements, and bug fixes • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, translate requirements into scalable system solutions, and collaborate with Workday analysts throughout development, testing, and implementation • Lead and contribute to post-implementation reviews • Uphold security protocols around user data • Assess systems and processes and recommend improvements • Participate in quarterly system access audits • Manage business process and workflow setup, configuration oversight, security, testing, and development • Support major Workday projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of HRIS experience, with 4+ years working specifically in Workday • At least 1 year of management or team lead experience in an HRIS environment • Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects • Experience with full-cycle Workday implementations • Deep understanding of how Workday modules connect and interact • Comfort writing complex reports, including building calculated fields • Advanced Excel skills • High degree of personal integrity, maturity, and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
