📋 Description

• Support residents under Pennsylvania's Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract for the Elderly (PACE) Program • Establish relationships with Pennsylvania residents and assess each person's situation and circumstances • Assist clients in accessing services through comprehensive assessments • Support clients with calls, appointments, and benefit coordination • Research and evaluate benefit options • Prepare information and applications for Federal, State, Local and other programs • Identify and independently resolve complex issues using critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation across multiple systems • Perform other duties as assigned • Comply with job-specific security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED • 2 years of work experience in customer service or patient care • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain complex information clearly • Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail • Ability to maximize resources and work as a team while being comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguity • Strong organizational, analytical, interpretive, and time management skills • Previous health care, insurance, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job; reasonable accommodations available when requested
