📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects • Own routing content through internal processes • Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery • Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing • Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports • Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance • Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed • Support the project manager team in delivering exceptional projects • Report to a Project Director

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field • Experience using project management tools such as Hive, Scoro, Monday • Highly organized with a high attention to detail • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
