📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time, within budget, and aligned with program objectives • Manage project scope, resources, value proposition, technical approaches, and stakeholder communication • Implement new ideas for revenue cycle, clinician solutions, and procurement with the Federal Government • Manage the partner relationship between Federal Market Solutions and Government customers • Assist in developing proposals to win future Government awards • Perform other related ad hoc tasks supporting Solventum Federal Market Solutions • Travel domestically up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 7 years of experience with Commercial or Federal Project Management or software delivery; OR High School Diploma/GED AND 11 years of Commercial or Federal Project Management or software delivery • Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3 Public Trust • Experience with and understanding of the federal government health care environment, including the DoD and VA • Strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle and workflows in Professional and Facility Coding • Experience with 3M 360 Encompass implementation and sustainment • Ability to find creative solutions, manage difficult situations diplomatically, and manage multiple project streams and teams • Results-oriented operational and strategic mindset with strong organizational, prioritization, oral, and written communication skills • Skilled in program management techniques or PMP certified • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
