📋 Description

• Plan and manage multiple projects through the entire life cycle within approved Statements of Work and the Logicalis PMO project delivery methodology • Lead IT Professional Services teams delivering Microsoft technology offerings, including M365 migrations, Identity Services/Active Directory, CoPilot, InTune, and Security • Plan, schedule, and direct day-to-day engagement activities using Agile and Waterfall methodologies as applicable • Lead project planning, execution, controlling, and closing activities • Oversee third-party vendors’ and partners’ deliverables in coordination with vendor project managers • Manage project processes, resource scheduling, workflow, tools, and policy compliance • Manage project scope and lead change management and Project Change Requests • Manage project budgets, invoices, and Earned Value • Create and maintain master project plans, track milestones, analyze variances, and take corrective action • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues • Develop and manage project communication plans, status reporting, meetings, and escalations • Ensure deliverables meet Statement of Work requirements and customer expectations • Document and share lessons learned for continuous process improvement • Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, Logicalis service offerings, and IT terminology • Promote Logicalis’s mission and organizational values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and formal Project Management Training • Equivalent combination accepted • 5 or more years of enterprise-level project management experience • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously for multiple external customers • Experience managing teams of 1 to 20+ resources • Experience delivering enterprise Microsoft service offerings • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project or Smartsheet • Experience working within Project and/or professional services business applications to plan, manage, and report on project services delivered • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • CAPM, SCRUM, Microsoft, and/or IT industry technical certifications beneficial • Ability to fulfill the stated physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available
