⢠Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout targeted markets ⢠Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, packaging buyers, and commercial print customers ⢠Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth ⢠Work closely with estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction ⢠Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share ⢠Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings ⢠Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals
đŻ Requirements
⢠Previous sales experience within folding cartons, packaging, offset printing, or commercial print ⢠Demonstrated success selling cartons, POP displays, packaging, or related printed products ⢠Existing book of business and customer relationships ⢠Proven ability to generate and manage $1M+ in annual sales revenue ⢠Strong understanding of offset printing and packaging manufacturing processes ⢠Experience selling into consumer products, retail packaging, or commercial print markets is highly desirable ⢠Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business
