📋 Description

• Engage directly with EMTs or Paramedics on the scene of low acuity 911 calls to assess the situation and determine the appropriateness of a telehealth visit • Coordinate and facilitate seamless telehealth visits between on-scene crew members and medical group professionals • Operate computer, camera, and microphone equipment to manage video visits and related documentation • Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and emergency responders to ensure accurate information exchange and coordination of care • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and prioritization • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations • Participate in ongoing training and development in telehealth and emergency medical coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, telehealth, or emergency response coordination is highly desirable • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot computer, camera, and microphone systems efficiently • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Additional certification or training in emergency medical services, nursing, or related field is a plus • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either days or nights, weekends, and holidays, according to a 2/3/2 rotating schedule
