📋 Description

• Provide in-the-moment clinical support, psychoeducation, and referrals/resources on an outbound phone team • Provide some inbound crisis line support • Engage members seeking help with mental health, substance use, or family/relationship concerns using active listening, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused approaches • Assess risks and provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up with high-risk members • Recommend action plans based on clinical presentation • Coordinate connections to Spring Health therapists, coaches, physicians, and external resources • Complete professional documentation and interact with members and providers by email • Follow care management outreach protocols • Identify and problem-solve barriers or disruptions to care using clinical judgment • Coordinate with Spring Health care providers and Provider Operations • Collaborate with Care Support, Benefits/Billing, and Product teams • Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and training • Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Follow confidentiality, compliance, ethical, and Spring Health policy standards

🎯 Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed psychologist; independently licensed mental health professional required • Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care experience • Expertise in crisis assessment and safety planning • Knowledge of crisis support, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused clinical interventions • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills • Acknowledge and embrace diversity and inclusion • Motivated to provide a high-touch member experience • Comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems • Efficient in tech-related tasks • Able to multitask and context switch • Flexibility for occasional shift adjustments • Availability to work 3 holidays per year • Required shift: Saturday-Wednesday, 9am-5pm ET or equivalent in respective time zone
