📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director of Clinical Research Management and functionally to the Office of Legal Affairs • Facilitate timely review and execution of research-related contractual agreements on behalf of Prisma Health • Review and edit research-related agreements according to policy and relevant law, regulation, and accreditation requirements • Communicate edits, negotiate, and execute agreements with research staff and research sponsor staff • Respond to research staff contract inquiries • Use contract management and project management software to track contract activity and report metrics • Meet with internal institutional stakeholders, including Legal Affairs, Information Technology, and Purchasing, to review specialized contract issues and receive direction on regulatory requirements • Coordinate and communicate with Office of Research Support Services teams regarding contract priorities, policy changes, and other issues • Review clinical research documents for consistency of terms • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field of study • Two years of research, contract administration, or related experience • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to interpret legal and regulatory language • Collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders • Ability to balance speed with risk management • Working knowledge of contract or project management software preferred • Working knowledge of clinical trials, clinical research, and HIPAA preferred
