📋 Description

• Equipping and mobilizing local churches to identify and meet the needs of prisoners and their families • Building relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections staff, and prison chaplains • Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry opportunities • Developing partnerships with stakeholders • Coaching volunteer teams to meet ministry goals while promoting teamwork and personal spiritual development • Implementing and executing ministry programs around Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and key in-prison events

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • 8+ years of sales/territory and relationship management experience • 2+ years of experience recruiting and managing volunteers • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience • Strong demonstrated ability to develop personal networking relationships
