📋 Description

• Support corporate and care center-focused operations of Privia’s Procurement Team • Enter new vendor contracts into Privia’s contract management system for review • Ensure vendors have an acceptable exclusion report • Ensure documents are completed, tagged, linked to related documents, set to track end dates, and issued for approval • Draft and facilitate execution of Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Third Party Access Agreements upon request • Draft simple agreement amendments, such as term extension amendments, and facilitate execution • Collaborate with Operations Team, care centers, and vendors to support care center cost savings • Manage participation reports • Conduct calls with new Operations Team members and care centers about available savings opportunities • Conduct recurring vendor calls to manage contract linking and cost savings analysis completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration preferred • 1+ years experience working with procurement • Familiarity with sourcing, contracting, and vendor management • Attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Written and in-person communication skills • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations • For remote workers: minimum 5 MBPS download speed and 3 MBPS upload speed, acquired prior to start of employment
