📋 Description

• Design and animate campaign visuals, social content, product marketing, CRM, partner, and event collateral • Move from brief to finished, on-brand assets quickly without needing every decision spelled out • Own motion design as a core skill using Figma and After Effects • Partner with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and other stakeholders needing design support • Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, immediately understandable designs • Set the standard for design quality across touched assets • Work within and help evolve the PrizePicks design system with the Art Director, Brand • Maintain brand guideline consistency across every touchpoint • Build reusable templates and components • Research and introduce current design, motion, and social trends • Bring a point of view on sports and culture and push for better craft

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows range across brand, social, and campaign work • Motion design experience is MANDATORY • Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent sense of composition, layout, typography, and color • Experience working within or helping develop design systems • Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Bonus: Strong interest in sports design or esports specifically • Bonus: Experience across Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM design • Bonus: Comfort presenting or defending creative decisions directly to stakeholders
