📋 Description

• Build and personally run PrizePicks’ pre-launch creative, concept, messaging, and asset testing • Design mixed-method research studies • Write research briefs and translate business decisions into research objectives, hypotheses, success measures, and study designs • Conduct fieldwork, including survey programming, interviews, focus groups, and rapid iterative studies • Analyze quantitative and qualitative findings • Diagnose why ideas work or fail • Deliver recommendations that improve outcomes before launch • Influence creative and business decisions through research

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in market research, consumer insights, advertising research, or a closely related discipline • Currently hands-on across the research lifecycle—writing briefs, designing studies, conducting fieldwork, analyzing findings, and making recommendations • Personally designed and executed creative, advertising, concept, message, or value-proposition testing • Ability to translate a business decision into research objectives, hypotheses, success measures, and an appropriate study design • Personally programmed surveys with visuals in Qualtrics or a comparable platform • Understanding of experimental or monadic designs, sampling, stimulus exposure, quality assurance, analysis, and interpretation • Personally moderated interviews, focus groups, or rapid iterative studies • Demonstrated mixed-method capability across quantitative and qualitative research • Examples of research changing a creative or business decision • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
