📋 Description

• Engage on new client Managed Service Provider implementations • Own elements within the process and technology workstream • Plan and drive process and technical activities to achieve implementation objectives • Coordinate internal tasks through a project plan and ensure completion on time and within budget • Work with the Project Manager, departments, and customers as facilitator, planner, data analyst, and problem solver • Design, recommend, and configure client technical workflows with the Project Manager and Technical Implementation Manager • Develop technical process flows, business and architecture requirements, integration requirements, and decision points for VMS solutions • Collect, validate, analyze, and prepare client data for VMS configuration and loading • Identify data gaps and anomalies; format and scrub data • Maintain the VMS configuration workbook throughout implementation • Build load files and perform data quality assurance before and after loading • Configure test environments and support UAT and integration testing • Communicate data findings to implementation stakeholders • Review and contribute to meeting agendas and minutes • Update project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, cutover plans, process flows, and business requirements documents • Support employer-of-record and supplier onboarding workstreams • Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties • Provide organizational guidance and leadership, support executive-level strategy, and plan resources and budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing, administering, and configuring third-party VMS systems including VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, and IQN • Experience managing large data sets • Web-based technical knowledge and VMS or Staffing Industry experience • Experience configuring, testing, and solutioning large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations using various VMS technologies • Experience managing stakeholders • Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, and independently organize and prioritize work • Ability and availability to travel to client sites for face-to-face meetings • Ability to interact with all organizational levels, including executive management • Ability to maintain composure, solve practical problems, and manage changing situations under stress and tight deadlines • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Expert working knowledge of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word • Experience with Smartsheet or other project management collaboration tools • Familiarity with web-based meetings using MS Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom • Deadline- and detail-oriented, with ability to juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
