📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with customers and learn how they work and where they want to go. • Plan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training. • Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and running Quarterly Business Reviews. • Contribute to support systems, including in-product guides, webinars, and the Help Center. • Collaborate with other departments to bring the customer voice into the product roadmap and strategy. • Identify expansion and referral opportunities and develop creative ways to act on them. • Track customer success metrics such as churn, time to first value, and net promoter score. • Help customers adopt Dash, the browser- and Slack-native AI coworker, alongside Process Street workflows. • Experiment with new tools and AI to help customers and improve personal productivity. • Keep the value of Delighting Customers top of mind.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with customers or clients. • Experience in a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment. • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. • Self-starter driven by goals and able to work autonomously. • Strategic and creative problem-solving ability. • Genuine interest in building customer relationships. • Experience using AI and automation tools; curiosity about technology and willingness to experiment. • Eagerness to learn and help others learn. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work US business hours, primarily Pacific Time, with flexibility to support Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time customers. • Must be based outside of the United States.
