📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy through every stage of the sales cycle and resolve technical objections alongside Account Managers • Deliver tailored demonstrations of Procore Analytics dashboards, reports, and Procore AI • Run discovery to understand customers’ reporting needs and map business processes to Procore Analytics insights • Partner with Account Managers to uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise customers • Develop expertise in Power BI, data models, and Procore Analytics configuration and permissions, and share knowledge with teammates • Work with Sales and Customer Success to solve technical challenges and coordinate internal and external experts • Liaise between Account Managers, Solution Specialists, Customer Success, and Professional Services • Create visual assets explaining Procore Analytics and connect customers with Product Managers and Marketing to relay feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software sales or solution consulting experience, preferably in construction or construction technology • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including building reports, dashboards, and data models • Strong business intelligence skills, including data modeling, data visualization, writing calculated measures, and querying data with Structured Query Language (SQL) • Ability to turn customers’ reporting needs into clear dashboards and metrics, and to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences, in person and in virtual meetings • Experience with Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management system • Experience with Procore products, especially Procore Analytics (highly preferred) • Understanding of construction across general contracting, subcontracting, and real estate development (a plus) • Experience with the Procore platform is highly preferred • Technology evangelists with a passion for modernizing the construction industry are highly preferred
