📋 Description

• Lead medium and large-scale IT projects, leveraging the Salesforce platform to deliver innovative solutions to clients • Collaborate with Consultants, Engineers, and Designers to define scope and estimate project budget • Plan complex projects from initiation to launch, utilize agile methodologies, and lead scrum rituals • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams • Control, monitor, and report on project scope, budget, and schedule • Communicate project status proactively with internal and external stakeholders • Take full ownership of project decisions • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and project teams • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience • Strong technical background and understanding of agile methodologies, scrum, waterfall, and software development processes • Experience managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication (written, verbal, presentation), interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented and highly organized
