📋 Description

• Assist the Case Management department with administration of case management functions • Conduct telephonic follow-up with members • Monitor member eligibility • Update database information and member demographic information • Research support groups, member resources, and provider information • Coordinate with Case Managers on follow-up outreach to unenrolled families • Track and document case status in the database • Communicate basic program information to families • Facilitate follow-up calls by Case Managers • Facilitate case closures

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service in a healthcare environment • HS diploma or equivalent required • College degree preferred • Must be fluent in English • Bi-lingual in Spanish is required • Outbound call center experience strongly preferred • Insurance/payor experience preferred • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement workable solutions • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Self-motivated and willing to learn multiple tasks • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks • Commitment to excellence in customer service
