📋 Description

• Answer patient questions about hospital and physician bills • Contact patients regarding registration, billing, and collection • Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts • Resolve patient account questions • Enhance the patient experience at ProMedica

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1 year experience in medical registration, billing, customer service, or collection • Must be in a 60 mile radius of Toledo, OH or within a 120-mile round trip • Employment eligibility limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements • Cannot reside in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, or U.S. territories
