📋 Description

• Provide analytical, auditing, reporting, operational, and routing support for the Windows Transportation Organization and network • Use Supply Chain knowledge to produce analytical research • Collaborate with third-party carriers, plants, and vendors to optimize delivery operations and production schedules • Conduct invoicing audits against 3PL contractual agreements • Perform planned-versus-actual audits against private fleet locations • Coordinate, review, create, and analyze operational KPI and PVA metrics • Provide leadership with feedback on trends, risks, and opportunities • Analyze the delivery network to identify expense-reduction opportunities • Research on-time performance deficiencies • Develop corrective action plans with vendors and carriers • Conduct KPI calls and strategize future growth to improve operational processes • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers supporting Cornerstone’s supply chain • Communicate with internal and external customers • Assist in cross-training routing analysts and provide backup support for day-to-day operations • Reduce overall miles and delivery costs • Supply transportation organizations and 3PL providers with daily routing tasks • Meet and adjust customer delivery restrictions to reduce costs • Coordinate cross-company transfers between operating units • Maintain customer and routing data • Work safely as a condition of employment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 1 to 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics • Background in Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation preferred • Proficiency with personal computers, word processing, and spreadsheets • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to negotiate movement in environments typical to the transportation industry, including entering and exiting tractors and trailers • Flexibility to accommodate a dynamic working environment • May be required to travel and work in a warehouse/production setting; 25–30% • Experience working in Transportation TMS systems • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
