📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders and users to gather and refine business requirements • Plan and execute solutions meeting business needs and best operational practices • Research, analyze, and troubleshoot SanMar distribution systems and processes • Assist Project/Program Managers with detailed project plans and frameworks • Execute critical project milestones and provide related status reporting • Create system, tool, and process documentation for internal teams and IT Service Desk • Act as vendor point of contact for distribution solutions and peripherals • Provide distribution system subject matter expertise to business areas and end users • Provide Tier III functional support and training to Distribution staff and IT support teams • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system environment changes • Participate in build and User Acceptance testing • Create and implement Distribution Center training • Comply with policies and standards and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience using technology-based distribution systems, including high-output printers and label media, databases and reporting tools, and voice, RF, and scanning WMS equipment • Experience with SanMar systems such as Warehouse Management (HighJump/Korber) and Parcel Management (Proship) is preferred • Excellent MS Excel skills • Ability to write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries is a bonus • Detailed understanding of holistic functional process flows in a distribution center • Solid subject matter expertise in the functional use of technology-based distribution systems • Skilled at creating functional/process flow and training documentation • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to learn quickly and resolve issues self-sufficiently • Flexible schedule and ability to provide off-hours support remotely or onsite as needed • Ability to travel frequently up to 50% or more
