📋 Description

• Monitoring the Support inbox, responding to customer emails, and returning phone calls • Learning the Promoboxx platform and becoming a product expert • Answering general questions about platform functionality and best practices from internal members • Conducting 1:1 Zoom trainings with users • Updating account and brand network data (involves some basic data work) • Gaining hands-on experience with social media marketing, retailer engagement, and brand-supported digital campaigns • Assisting with additional team projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience in some capacity (retail, food service, hospitality all tend to foster very translatable skillsets for this role) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with tech tools and data spreadsheets is ideal • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly and clearly explain product functionality to customers • A positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude • Preference for candidates interested in growing with Promoboxx long term
