• Develop Excel models to analyze product-level profitability and trends • Develop models to evaluate NPV and ROI on existing product lines and potential new business opportunities • Lead annual budget process; provide analysis to current year results, both financial and operating statistics • Develop and Implement process to analyze budget and prior year variances; provide assessment of opportunities to improve results to management • Perform balance sheet reviews by line of business • Analyze potential acquisition opportunities, including detailed review of financial statements • Analyze and report on gross and operating margin trends by therapy, including changes in payor mix • Lead acquired company integration efforts, post-acquisition • Develop and implement working capital and Capex efficiency reports • Participate in quality improvement initiatives • Demonstrate “leadership by example” in projecting a positive attitude, and involvement in our employee activities • Perform other duties as assigned
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required (i.e. Finance, Economics, or Accounting) • 5+ years of relevant work experience required • Budgeting, Income Statement analysis and forecasting experience is required • M&A experience is a plus • Healthcare experience preferred • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel and PowerPoint) is required • PowerBI and Tableau experience are a plus • Experience building complex models and mining data using excel is required • Strong systems orientation preferred • Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and quality, is required • Able to function independently with a minimum of direct supervision
