• Serve as the client’s primary contact and manage client expectations across high-volume production projects • Lead day-to-day client engagement and identify and define new projects • Manage client order entry, production-network workflow, project timelines, and on-time delivery • Input technical specifications and use pricing matrices • Manage project closure, billing, and invoicing • Resolve price discrepancies and reconcile estimates versus actuals • Act as the client’s brand guardian to ensure global consistency and continuity • Maintain a repository of client nuances, standard tickets, and brand assets • Review systems daily to oversee ticket accuracy and document quality-impacting information • Ensure order entries are complete and concise before delivery to production and the client • Verify supplied technical data against supplied artwork • Communicate client preferences, key decisions, and at-risk initiatives across cross-functional teams • Lead client pre-production meetings for low-complexity projects • Share client, brand, and internal-process knowledge with internal teams • Maintain CRM records and produce customer status, manufacturer review, item request, and distribution-support reports • Track audits and follow-up activities • Keep CRM pricing matrices and workflows updated • Participate in process improvement efforts and production meetings
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • Some college or Associate’s Degree preferred • 3+ years of experience preferred • Previous experience in customer service and/or project management required • Experience in the design, print, or production art industry preferred • Full comprehension of work instructions and business memos • Proofreading skills • Ability to work independently • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with internal and external cross-functional partners • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop • General knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite • High sense of urgency and willingness to go the extra mile • Adaptability to client personalities and preferences • Strong attention to detail and organization • Flexibility and proactive planning • Ability to meet physical requirements including sitting, using hands, talking/hearing, standing, walking, reaching, occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds • Candidates must reside in an eligible U.S. state; the role excludes AK, DC, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, and WV
