📋 Description

• Attend project or production meetings as necessary to understand project specifications • Establish high-quality standards for production processes, workflows, and client deliverables • Complete intermediate-level artwork accurately, consistently, and on time using industry-standard software, tools, and prepress and print techniques • Perform assigned tasks within production workflows and budgets according to work orders, SOPs, company standards, and client brand guidelines • Log and maintain accurate project status, time, project-plan, and quality-issue records in the project tracking system • Meet quality standards for assigned deliverables and recommend improvements to reports, tools, processes, and tasks • Support profitability by ensuring completed production activities meet original client specifications • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts or related field • 4+ years of previous graphic arts experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and internal and external clients • Ability to work autonomously and within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented team environment • Ability to work with and influence peers and management • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting • Ability to travel occasionally locally, nationally, and/or internationally • Ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk, hear, and see • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally or regularly • Required vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus focus adjustment • Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to wet/humid conditions, mechanical parts, fumes, extreme temperatures, electrical shock, and toxic or caustic chemicals
