📋 Description

• Support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure • Install and configure hardware, software, and networking components • Contribute to computer system and office network design • Deploy and manage virtual machines and other IT resources • Conduct system maintenance and performance monitoring • Identify and resolve technical issues • Develop and maintain troubleshooting procedures • Implement and monitor security measures • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans • Ensure compliance with security policies • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks • Recommend and implement system upgrades • Research and evaluate emerging technologies • Provide technical support to end users • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with IT system integration • Train end users on new systems and technologies • Maintain IT process and procedure documentation • Share knowledge and best practices with team members • Use AI assistants for scripting, automation, and diagnostics • Validate AI outputs for correctness and security and apply responsible-AI practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or IT engineering role • Solid understanding of computer hardware, specifically Mac, software, and networking concepts • Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems • Experience with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving in a remote environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and procedures • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards • Hands-on experience using AI assistants and AIOps tools in IT work • Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and AI output validation • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash is a plus • Familiarity with Notion is a plus • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus • Knowledge of automating manual processes using AI and other resources is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available
