📋 Description

• Lead the design and redesign of full application experiences across CE Broker • Conduct and synthesize user research to understand needs and pain points • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile • Build production-quality front-end code for designs using React and Tailwind CSS • Use Claude Design to efficiently move from design to working code • Own and extend the design system including components and documentation • Lead design-engineering discussions on interaction patterns and architecture • Ensure ADA compliance and best practices across deliverables • Stay current on UX and AI tooling trends and adopt what is beneficial.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a UX/product designer • Strong portfolio of shipped products • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, Figma is a plus • Front-end development skills using React and Tailwind CSS • Fluency with AI-assisted design and coding tools, including Claude Design • Experience building and maintaining design systems • Strong grasp of user-centered design and product thinking • Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
