📋 Description

• Take the handoff from Sales at go-live • Run onboarding and get each customer to early results fast • Monitor account health, including purchase frequency, lead quality feedback, support history, and payment activity • Reach out before customers go quiet • Build goodwill by responding fast, telling customers the truth, following through, and advocating internally • Grow accounts through new markets and increased budget once core concerns are resolved • Overcome objections and redirect at-risk accounts back to their original goal • Log every customer conversation, risk, and outcome in the CRM • Retain customers when they request cancellation • Increase customer spending through larger budgets and additional markets • Build and maintain relationships with every customer • Gather testimonials and referrals to Property Leads

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years owning a book of B2B accounts, with a measurable record of keeping customers and growing their spend • Ability to report retention rate and expansion revenue closed • Experience owning a book of business and building genuine relationships with customers • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and de-escalation skills • Comfortable in a CRM and managing a pipeline • Nice to have: lead-gen or other repeat-purchase experience • Nice to have: real estate investor, roofer, or very small-business customers • Nice to have: experience as a real estate investor/agent or roofer
