📋 Description

• Deliver remote instruction based on NCCER Ironworking curriculum and standards • Teach fundamental and advanced ironworking concepts, including structural steel, reinforcing steel, rigging, tools, equipment, and job site safety • Explain hands-on ironworking practices clearly and practically • Prepare students for NCCER assessments and credentialing requirements • Track student participation, progress, and coursework completion • Answer questions and provide additional coaching or guidance • Maintain accurate training and instructional documentation • Follow established NCCER curriculum requirements and training standards

🎯 Requirements

• Current or previous NCCER Instructor Certification strongly preferred • Professional experience as an Ironworker, Ironworker Foreman, Superintendent, Trainer, or similar skilled-trades position • Strong knowledge of structural ironworking, rigging, safety procedures, tools, and equipment • Previous training, mentoring, or instructional experience preferred • Comfortable delivering training in a 100% remote environment • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way • Reliable availability during the Monday–Friday workweek
