📋 Description

• Provide full Microsoft Stack development consultation and services for the SRR Business Systems IT Department • Develop new applications and rewrite or modify current Liquid Waste Organization applications • Provide data migration and systems/application support • Provide application migration services during contract transition • Support implementation of the Deltek Costpoint Supply Chain Services system • Enhance or rewrite web, utility, and helper applications for reporting, data management, integration, and automation • Support prime contract transition and absorption of outgoing contractor work scope • Transition business applications and data to the new Environmental Management General Contractor • Continue supporting current operational needs • Develop application implementation plans • Gather and document application requirements with subject matter experts and Business Systems IT • Produce goals, definitions, background, assumptions, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, ERDs, and wireframes as applicable • Develop application test plans based on acceptance criteria • Develop or modify applications according to approved requirements • Use Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft Web API 2.0, JSON, jQuery AJAX, DataTables, and Mustache templates as applicable • Follow LWO Business Systems C# coding standards and obtain approval for intended LINQ use • Participate in code reviews • Provide required deliverables including test plans, diagrams, schedules, codebase documentation, executed test-plan documentation, libraries/components, and change-management documentation • Deliver software, documentation, and media to the end user and verify media is virus-free • Collaborate with LWO departments on coding standards, evaluation, knowledge transfer, and training needs • Work with the LWO Design Authority and Business Systems IT Manager for review, testing, acceptance, and approval • Support penetration and vulnerability scanning by LWO cybersecurity

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen and located in the United States • Demonstrated experience and success in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including user stories, application development, test plan development, testing, production turnover, and documentation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Full Microsoft stack development experience • Experience with C# • Experience with ASP.NET MVC • Experience with JavaScript • Experience with HTML • Experience with CSS • Experience with SQL data manipulation • Experience with secure coding techniques • Experience with Deltek Costpoint • Experience with Puridiom • Experience with SCM Receiving Manifest systems • Experience with application database systems • Experience with Deltek Costpoint General Ledger • Experience with Deltek Costpoint Supply Chain • Experience with jQuery • Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) • Development using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or newer in C# • Ability to develop applications for Microsoft IIS or standalone with a Microsoft SQL backend • Familiarity with LWO Business Systems C# coding standards • LINQ use requires prior review and approval • Understanding and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary
