📋 Description

• Serve as the technical and security expert for customers, partners, and internal team members throughout implementation and integration cycles • Lead technical discussions and deliver solutions aligned with customer needs • Train users on all aspects of the product • Guide customers through integrations and go-lives • Evaluate customer architecture, integration plans, IT needs, and business use cases • Produce technical documentation, solution designs, process best practices, and technical analysis • Collaborate with product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, professional services, and support teams to resolve technical challenges • Provide subject-matter expertise on API system integrations • Complete security questionnaires to support customer compliance requirements • Deliver technical presentations from project kickoff through go-live and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and complex IT systems • Creative problem-solving ability to analyze customer needs and find innovative solutions • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information clearly and in a customer-centric manner • Adaptability to changing technology and customer needs • Familiarity with the InsurTech/FinTech sector • Experience with AI and agentic AI tools • Willingness to travel to customer and partner engagements domestically and internationally • Ability to work collaboratively with product, engineering, R&D, DevOps, professional services, and support teams
