📋 Description

• Support implementation of member engagement strategies and initiatives • Partner with consultants and cross-functional teams on project planning, analysis, recommendations, communications, and launch of member engagement initiatives • Collaborate with team members on assigned projects to support effective implementation and timely task completion • Support project planning and processes by identifying trends, analyzing information, monitoring compliance, and contributing to recommendations • Coordinate development and delivery of internal and external project communications and collateral throughout the project lifecycle • Communicate project updates and contribute ideas and recommendations for program improvement • Create and distribute ongoing communications capturing performance and progress related to member engagement initiatives • Provide accurate and timely project information for committees, project teams, and related initiatives • Provide peak-load support and backup as needed • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of relevant business experience • Two (2) years of experience supporting projects, programs, or business initiatives • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with MS Project and Visio as needed for the assignment • Ability to use sound judgment, identify issues, and contribute to effective solutions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing work • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and organizational levels • Ability to understand, analyze, and apply concepts related to project management, business operations, and health care • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Preferred: Experience in the health care industry • Preferred: Knowledge of the health care industry and factors influencing health care organizations and consumers • Preferred: Two (2) years of member engagement, member experience, customer engagement, or related experience
