📋 Description

• Provide administrative, operational, and technical support for recruitment, hiring, and administration of Personal Services Contractors • Collaborate with the ProSidian Engagement Team to recruit, hire, and onboard qualified PSC candidates for USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance • Ensure recruitment and hiring processes meet USAID DEIA goals • Support PSCs with payroll, benefits, performance evaluations, travel arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding • Oversee and manage a PSC database, tracking contracts and performance data • Establish and maintain a PSC performance management system with regular feedback and annual evaluations • Aim for a PSC retention rate of at least 90% • Ensure competitive salary and benefits packages for PSCs • Coordinate 24/7 routine and emergency travel support within prescribed timeframes • Implement ISO 9000 series standards for quality assurance and continuous improvement • Manage in accordance with ISO 56002 principles for Innovation, Risk, and Adaptive Management • Resolve Contract Discrepancy Reports within the specified timeframe • Establish, manage, pursue, and fulfill annual goals and objectives • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian Consulting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in recruitment, hiring, and managing personnel • Strong knowledge of benefits and compensation packages and their management • Familiarity with government hiring procedures and regulations is desirable • Understanding of international travel coordination and related regulations • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Development, Business Administration, or related fields • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the humanitarian sector or international organizations • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and respond to emerging humanitarian crises • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • U.S. Citizenship required; must be a United States Citizen • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization/Employment Authorization by the USG's designated Security Office • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred for the ideal candidate • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio • Ability to quickly learn other business tools as necessary
