📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Deliver exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Build and maintain a client caseload through client referrals • Set and manage a personal schedule around client needs • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences • Engage in weekly drop-ins and the clinical community • Provide affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Full-time position requires 25+ hours of weekly availability and a 25+ client caseload • Part-time position requires 15+ hours of weekly availability and a 15+ client caseload
