📋 Description

• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services • Focus on providing exceptional client care while administrative tasks are managed • Design your own work schedule to maintain work-life balance • Build your caseload quickly with steady client referrals • Participate in peer consultation and specialized training

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required
