📋 Description

• Provide therapy to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Provide exceptional client care while Prosper manages administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Set a schedule 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm • Build a caseload of 25+ clients for full-time roles or 15+ clients for part-time roles • Deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming care • Participate in peer consultation, specialized training, monthly case conferences, and weekly clinical community drop-ins

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required • Full-time applicants must provide 25+ hours of weekly availability • Part-time applicants must provide 15+ hours of weekly availability
