📋 Description
• Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth • Join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services • Focus on exceptional client care while managing administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition • Design work schedule to accommodate personal needs • Build caseload with steady client referrals during first few weeks • Access regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences • Work alongside clinicians who share commitment to neurodiversity-affirming approaches
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required.
