• Manage all phases of contract administration from pre-proposal activities through closeout • Review, draft, and negotiate NDAs, prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint venture agreements • Interface with government contracting officials, prime contractors, internal stakeholders, and vendors • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and company policies • Support proposal and cost volume development, including pricing calculations and documentation • Track contract funding, ceilings, periods of performance, call-ins, ATPs, and at-risk work • Coordinate funding and POP extension modifications • Ensure modifications and ATPs are reflected in Unanet and forecasting tools • Support accurate and timely invoicing • Coordinate staffing moves between contract vehicles • Provide required documents through customer and supplier portals • Resolve timekeeping issues and maintain labor categories and charge codes • Configure project access controls in timekeeping and ERP systems • Support ISO and other quality/compliance audits • Process documentation changes and implement approval workflows • Coordinate secure document destruction and records management • Assist with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and other compliance efforts • Update ERP/CLM systems and electronic contract records • Generate and submit client invoices and reconcile timesheets • Maintain forecasting spreadsheets with actual costs, funding status, and projected revenues • Maintain customer and prime portal access, including MFA portals • Use Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools • Prepare expense reports and provide backup support for Accounts Payable, Payroll, and administrative functions • Prepare and route purchase requests • Perform additional contract, operations, and administrative duties as assigned
• 4–6 years of experience in government contract administration/management in a defense, intelligence, or broader GovCon environment • Demonstrated knowledge of the FAR and related regulations (DFARS; familiarity with ITAR preferred) • Experience managing multiple contracts, task orders, and modifications, including funding and POP tracking • Understanding of acquisition and contracting principles, including cost/price analysis, negotiations, subcontracting, teaming arrangements, and best-value procurements • Proven ability to review, interpret, and assess contractual terms and conditions and explain implications to non-contracts stakeholders • Experience with timekeeping/ERP and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., Unanet or similar), as well as e-signature and document management systems • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear, concise communication via email, chat, and virtual meetings • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced, digital workflow environment
