📋 Description

• Lead UX design for complex digital experiences from discovery and concept development through implementation • Translate user needs, research insights, business requirements and technical considerations into experience strategies and design solutions • Develop end-to-end user journeys and flows, identifying friction points and opportunities to simplify and improve the experience • Gather and evaluate user requirements with business and cross-functional teams • Create information architecture, process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs • Partner with UX Research to incorporate customer insights, user feedback and usability findings into design decisions • Create, maintain and apply reusable design patterns and components across digital properties • Ensure experiences work across desktop, tablet and mobile and incorporate accessibility best practices • Partner with Creative teams on brand expression and visual design • Collaborate with IT developers and technology partners throughout the product lifecycle • Develop UX documentation and design specifications for developers and stakeholders • Present design concepts and recommendations to internal teams and key stakeholders • Review digital analytics, journey trends, usability findings and customer feedback for continuous improvement • Participate in design reviews and provide UX guidance and mentorship • Conduct design and visual QA to ensure the final experience reflects the intended UX design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience designing complex digital products, websites or services • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Portfolio demonstrating professional UX design work across web and mobile experiences • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, interaction design, responsive design and accessibility • Experience translating complex customer and business problems into simple, intuitive user experiences • Experience creating customer journeys, user flows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes • Experience working with design systems, reusable components and established digital design patterns • Strong working knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma • Experience using research, analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions • Experience collaborating with business and development teams throughout the product lifecycle • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of design quality • Be open to receiving feedback and design critique • Preferred: experience working in an Agile or product management operating model with demonstrated success partnering across product, design and technology teams
