📋 Description

• Conduct initial medical screenings for newly enrolled patients • Perform follow-up medical assessments and escalations as needed • Diagnose MSK conditions using comprehensive patient information • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, and Health coaches to ensure favorable patient outcomes • Engage with the broader clinical team to discuss complex cases and share best practices • Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and standard operating procedures • Participate in clinical and operational initiatives to enhance patient care • Deliver patient-centered MSK care through telehealth visits, asynchronous communication, and collaborative clinical discussions • Contribute to projects and initiatives in a dynamic healthcare startup

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within Vermont • Minimum of 2 years of MSK/Orthopedic experience • Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment • Enthusiastic about healthcare innovation and digital health solutions • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Preferred: Experience in telemedicine • Preferred: Background in health-tech • Preferred: Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting • Preferred: Flexibility in availability to meet shifting patient demands • Preferred: Additional licensure in MI, WI, MA, or NY • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
