📋 Description

• Lead revenue cycle initiatives for healthcare clients, partnering with finance, operations, and clinical leaders • Manage projects end-to-end, from assessment through implementation • Oversee project teams, manage timelines and deliverables • Support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations • Mentor consultants and senior consultants, sharing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, IT, Healthcare Administration, HIM, Economics, or Business) • 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, advisory services, compliance, internal audit, or provider revenue cycle operations • Experience working with top commercial electronic health record systems, including Epic (Resolute HB/PB, Cadence, Prelude, or related modules); Epic certification a plus • Strong understanding of reimbursement, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and revenue integrity practices • Experience building analyses, dashboards, or models to support operational and financial improvement • Healthcare industry specific certifications (e.g., CHIAP, CRCR, CHFP, CHC, CHPC, CHRC, CRIP, CHRI, etc.), or similar a plus
