• Provide oversight of project controls, documentation, financial processes, budget tracking, contracts, and reporting • Ensure governance requirements are met through administration of contractual and project documentation • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting to support budget performance • Coordinate project activities with project managers and stakeholders • Facilitate meetings and correspondence between stakeholders • Track key milestones and deliverables • Provide timely information supporting decision-making, compliance, and program success • Serve as a central coordination point for project governance activities • Ensure required documentation, approvals, and deliverables are completed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle • Lead project meetings, status reviews, and governance discussions • Prepare agendas, facilitate stakeholder engagement, document decisions, and track action items • Manage project records and contractual documentation, including agreements, amendments, change orders, correspondence, and supporting documentation • Review contracts and project agreements for compliance with terms, milestones, scopes, deliverables, reporting requirements, and commercial obligations • Coordinate project administration, invoice processing, change management, and closeout activities with project teams, contractors, vendors, accounting, and business stakeholders • Maintain project controls systems and documentation repositories • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of project information and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, finance, or related fields • Six or more years of relevant experience in project controls or project management in large infrastructure projects • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar certification preferred • Experience working with public utilities, municipalities, and regulatory stakeholders preferred • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, diplomacy, and interaction with senior management • Ability to work independently and organize work • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently • Business acumen and understanding of profitability implications • Financial literacy and ability to apply financial concepts, data, and business metrics • Ability to travel occasionally and on short notice to project sites • Ability to speak, hear, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds • Ability to view and respond to visual and written materials via a computer screen
